陆游是南宋著名爱国诗人。他出生时，适逢金兵南侵，随家人躲避战乱，因此抗金志向和爱国情怀成为他诗歌中的底色。他存世的诗歌多达九千三百余首，早期的作品力求工稳，后来来到四川抗金前线，诗歌转向雄迈豪放，晚年归隐故乡山阴，诗风又转为质朴淡远。他"王师北定中原日，家祭无忘告乃翁"的深沉爱国情怀，一直被后人铭记。
