杨氏太极拳传人崔仲三先生亲自演示的二十四式太极拳套路。其中,弓步、退步、侧行步反复出现,能够增强练习者的腿部力量;身体重心的不断移动能够增强练习者的平衡能力;双臂与双掌的运转在"沉肩坠肘、松腰沉髋"的动作要领下,能够使练习者身体关节润滑,起到预防关节疾病的作用;"立身中正、需领顶劲"的要求,使得练习者的体态更加挺拔、匀称;"以意带劲"的动作要领有利于练习者脑部的开发;"气沉丹田"的要求,有利于练习者肺部气体的交换;"一动无有不动"的意识,有利于练习者提高协调能力。
