《中国近三百年学术史》是著名学者梁启超的代表作之一。原为1923年秋至1924年春夏间，梁启超在清华大学讲授中国近三百年学术史课程的讲义，成书后共分十六讲。中国国家图书馆普通古籍阅览室藏有题为《中国近三百年学术史》的清华学校讲义一册，现存第一至十二讲（第十二讲未完）内容，经过与当时听讲者回忆的对照，应即为梁启超在清华学校的讲义原本。该书部分章节，在出版单行本前，曾在报刊上发表。
