孟子（一） (Mencius I)

The Four Books refer to The Great Learning, The Doctrine of the Mean, The Confucian Analects, and The Works of Mencius while the Five Classics refer to The Book of Songs, The Book of History, The Book of Changes, The Book of Rites and The Spring and Autumn Annals. Since the compilation by Zhu Xi in Song Dynasty, these classics have been widely promoted with profound influence. Contents of these classics are profound, containing abundant cultural connotations. )
