中国古代高僧传 (Biography of Chinese Ancient Eminent Monks)

历史上的许多高僧大德之所以能受人尊敬，并不是因为他们拥有良田千顷，华屋万间，而是在于他们的甘于淡泊，他们不贪安逸，不务奢华，只是在淡泊之中，使僧格不断地升华、滋长。《中国古代高僧传》这本书中讲述了大约10位高僧的故事，主要介绍了"法显、鸠摩罗什、真谛、智顗"等等高僧的故事。(The reasons for many eminent monks in history are respected are not because they possess of great wealth but because they do not seek fame and wealth, ease and comfort and luxury. They lead a simple life to make their monk styles continuously sublimate and grow. The book of Biography of Chinese Ancient Eminent Monks tells the stories of about 10 eminent monks and mainly introduces the stories of eminent monks including "Faxian, Kumarajiva, Paramartha and Zhiyi" and so on. )
