本书主要以中国现代文学史上长期患病的作家(特别是鲁迅、孙犁、史铁生三位件家)为研究对象，渊神医学、疾病心理学、创作心理学等综合视角的观照下，分析探究作家们的疾病史、病理过程、异常性格、内心纠葛与创作历程之间的关联，并着力揭示这种关联在他们的个人生活、创作活动和文学作品中的特殊作用与重要意义。( This book mainly studies the writers suffering from diseases for a long time in the history of modern Chinese literature (especially Lu Xun, Sun Li and Shi Tiesheng). With the observation from the comprehensive perspective of psychological medicine, psychology of diseases and creation psychology, it analyzes and explores the correlation between writers' disease history, pathological process, aberrant characters, inner entanglement and creation process, and tries to reveal the special role and significance of this correlation in their personal life, creation and literary works.)
