本书是一本没有多少故事的回忆录，其中大多是历史记载。书中的相当一部分内容是作者过去的报告，现将它们串联在一起，交代前因后果。除了正文之外作者在文后放了一些随笔，主要是写他对于中国体育和电视的想法。(This book is a memoir about historic records without many stories. Most of the contents in the book are past reports made by the author. They are now combined together to present the causes and effects. Besides the main body, some informal essays of the author were posted in the postscript to narrate his opinion about Chinese sports and TV. )
