步行虽然是人类最基本的动作,但是其健康效果绝对不是高尔夫球、保龄球、游泳所能代替的。现代人类的形体结构和智能是在漫长的悠悠岁月中"走"出来的。现代人全身三分之二的肌肉都集中在腰部以下,臀部、小腿和脚等用于步行的肌肉特别发达。以适度有力的步伐(每小时三至四英里)走上半个小时左右,每周走上个五六次,你也许不会立即感受到它的好处,但从长远看,有规律的走路不仅可以保健,瘦身,并且能够预防诸多疾病,实在是有百利而无一害。所以,从汽车和捷运上下来,开始我们健康的走路人生吧。冯欣源:医科大学高材生,对西医有很深刻的认识,同时对传统文化也相当热爱,富有自己的见解。实习期间颇受专业医师的好评,曾参与《腰子——男人幸福女人美丽的源泉》一书的改写工作。
