阅世新语 (Understanding the World with in a New Perspective )

张光全，笔名广泉。1938年9月生。宁夏贺兰县人，1964年宁夏大学中文系毕业。宁夏师范学院中文系原系主任、教授，任教写作、美学课。宁夏作协会员，固原市作协原主席。论文《把握写作学科本质特性，突出写作教学的实践性》获省级教学成果二等奖。先后在《宁夏大学学报》《固原师专学报》《飞天》等刊物发表学术论文、文学评论30余篇，《阅世新语》为作者的第二本散文集，作品融注着作者半个多世纪对社会人生的观察体验。(Zhang Guangquan was born in Helan County of Ningxia in September, 1938. He graduated from Chinese Department of Ningxia University in 1964, and once worked in Ningxia Normal College as Dean of Chinese Department and a professor teaching writing and aesthetics. Mr. Zhang is now a member of Ningxia Writers Association, and former chairman of Guyuan Writers Association. His paper Grasp Essential Features of the Course of Writing and Put Emphasis on Practice of Writing Teaching won the second prize at the provincial level as teaching achievements. More than 30 academic papers and literature reviews were published in Journal of Ningxia University, Journal of Guyuan Teachers College and Flying Apsara, etc. Understanding the World with in a New Perspective is the author's second verse collected works, recording the author's observation and experience of society and life in the past 50 years. )
