武当丹道精要 (Essentials of Alchemy in Wudang School )

本书分两大部分，上部是《武当内丹养生秘诀》，作者从武当道教对联中提取其精、妙、奇、绝者一百七十余副，以自己三十余年内丹实修实证，分为大道篇、普度篇、门派篇、诚灵篇、悟性篇、坚志篇、双修篇、外修篇、调心篇、虚静篇、火候篇、关窍篇、气象篇、内景篇、异能篇、大益篇十六篇目进行讲解。下部为《玄机心法图揭秘》，对一字一句详加破译讲解，从而展示武当内丹仙学性命双修、人仙一体的宗旨概貌。作者力求不违背引文原意，尽量结合现代养生观作适当阐发，使其更加透彻，方便读者轻易学练。本书内容浅显易懂，文字精炼流畅，注解全面详细。书中不乏独辟蹊径的立论，精妙处可让读者拍案叫绝，诚可谓内丹爱好者实修实证的参考书。(The book is divided into two parts. The first is "Secret of Longevity by Inner Alchemy in Wudang School", incorporating over 170 pairs of the most delicate and magnificent poetic couplets of Wudang Taoism selected by the author according to his own inner alchemy cultivating experience for more than 30 years, and it is further divided into sixteen chapters as follows: The Great Way, Delivering All Livings from Difficulty, Schools and Groups, Sincerity, Power of Understanding, Firmness of Mind, Two Ways of Cultivation, External Cultivation, Mental Regulation, Obtaining Emptiness and Serenity, Level of Attainment, The Holy Gate, Magnificent Prospect, Inner Scene, Superhuman Power and The Great Benefit. The second part is "Unveiling the Profound Mystery of Taoist Mental Cultivation Diagram", in which detailed explanation and interpretation is made word by word to display the overall tenet of Taoism in Wudang alchemy, namely, the pursuit of combined cultivation of body life and inner nature and integration of human and immortal qualities. In this part, the author strives to maintain the original connotation of quotations and expound the Taoist ideas to the largest extent by combining modern views of obtaining longevity, so that the interpretation will be thorough and easily understood and followed by readers.
