援疆札记（Notes of Construction Support in Xinjiang）

《援疆札记》作者是中央国家机关、中央企业事业单位第七批援疆干部。在近两年的援疆工作中，先后四次随相关团队赴南疆调研，所到之处，利用一切时间与青年干部和各类青年面对面、实打实、心贴心交流，特别是对特殊青年群体的深度访谈后更加感到：要从国家战略高度关注新疆青年的发展问题。《援疆札记》主要内容是作者在调研期间所完成的访谈纪实、调研日志、研究成果和研究杂记。作者的目的是通过当时现场的情景的真实描述，不戴任何有色眼睛，不做任何主观的评价，让读者自己去感悟和思考。（The author of Notes of Construction Support in Xinjiang is one of the 7th batch of cadres devoted to construction support in Xinjiang from the central state organs and the central enterprises & institutions.
