葡萄酒的世界史 (The World History of Wine)

葡萄酒的历史，是人类孜孜不倦努力创造的文书史的一部分。本书作者是一位具有广阔文化视野与深厚人文修养的酒业专家，既"入乎其内"地讲述了葡萄酒酿造技术的发展和不同时代葡萄酒的特质；又"出乎其外"地解说了葡萄酒所体现的观念史、社会史与文化交流史；更别具只眼地指出，葡萄酒及其象征所折射出的，其实正是人性自身的二元性。 The history of wine is a part of Chinese language history created by human assiduously. The author is a wine expert with wide culture landscape and profound accomplishment. Internally, he tells the development of wine brewing techniques and characteristics of wine of different times; and externally, he also interprets the history of concept embodied by wine, social history and culture exchange history. Moreover, it also points out that the wine and its symbol actually reflects the dualism of human nature itself.
