看得破，处处是生机 (Revival from Disillusion)

人生一世，有顺风顺水的时候，也难免有阴霾笼罩的日子。只有经历过种种风风雨雨，饱经世间百味、人世沧桑，放下那些放不下的，看透那些看不透的，想开那些想不开的，忘掉那些忘不掉的，舍得那些舍不得的，我们的内心才能达到平静和谐，才能坦然安放心灵，才不会感到委屈和气愤，更不会变得孤独而浮躁。During our lives, there are periods when everything goes smoothly but also dark and lowery days. Only after experiencing all kinds of disturbances, feelings and vicissitudes, we can let go those we can't let go before, understand thoroughly those we can't understand before, get over those we can't get over before, forget those we can't forget before and give up those we are supposed to give up. Then, our inner world will become peaceful, harmonious and calm, and we will be free from feeling aggrieved, furious, lonely or impetuous.
