做自己的心理调节师 (Be Your Own Mental Regulator)

心潮澎湃时，我们感慨万千；心烦意乱时，我们坐立不安；孤独无助时，我们迷茫彷徨；经历挫折时，我们失望痛苦。面对人生诸多的不如意，我们心有不甘，又无可奈何，那种心情，那种处境，每个人都经历过。不管遭受了什么磨难，我们都不要怨天尤人，也不要抱怨自己，命运是注定的，可命运也掌握在我们自己的手中。Often, we are flooded with emotions when in an exited mood; restless when upset; at sea when being alone and hopeless; and disappointed and at pain when experiencing setbacks. In the face of so many frustrations in life, we can not resign to them, yet fell powerless, which is a mood and circumstance where every one has been in. No matter what hardship we suffer, we should not blame anyone including ourselves. Fate, though destined, is also in our own hands.
