作者：刘璋，山西太原人，字于堂，号介符，别号烟霞散人、樵云山人，约生于清康熙六年（1667），康熙三十五年（1696）举人，雍正元年（1723）任深泽县令，在任四年，后被解职。同治《深泽县志·名宦传》有传。所著小说，最早行世的是《斩鬼传》，另尚有《凤凰池》、《巧联珠》等。
